Vision Statement

Aims and Strategies

We believe:

Our beliefs are centred on the Holy Trinity and the fact that Jesus Christ is the unique Son of God who has taken away the sins of the world by his death and resurrection. We live by the Scriptures, and we rejoice in the fact that God has brought us by faith into a saving relationship with himself through his Son.  We celebrate Baptism and Holy Communion, and believe no more and no less than historic catholic doctrine as summed up in the Creeds.  We seek to be an active, outward-looking church that reaches out in love and the power of the Holy Spirit to the community in which we live.

Vision Statement:

Carrigrohane Union of Parishes, Church of Ireland, is part of the universal Church of God, and is called to develop a growing community of faith, in and through which the Kingdom of God is made known, and in which we serve together as followers of Jesus Christ for the good of the world to the Glory of God.

We seek to be a growing, God-centred community of worshipping people,

equipped to reach out and draw others in to receive and share the love of Jesus.
